Front Support/Arch Combo

Updated: Nov 25, 2020

This is a fantastic combination exercise for the whole body. Start position is in a position like the start of a push up or in gymnastics we call this "front support". Then, move the hips upwards to the roof into a triangle pose or "downward dog", keeping arms straight and hinging through the heel of the hands. Lower the body back to front support and then lower your body to the ground, bending through your arms (like the decline phase of push up). Take arms overhead, then lift both arms and legs off the floor into a position in gymnastics we call "arch" or "superman". Return your body back to the floor and push up off the floor back to front support. Repeat - Have Fun!
